Neighbourhood gathering. Project launch: afternoon tea + DJ set

Join us for the launch of the “Kępa Mieszczańska. From Needs to Culture” programme in a relaxed, neighbourly atmosphere. This is an opportunity to learn about the project’s aims, explore Stajnia and meet people living in Kępa and the surrounding area. We will talk about the planned workshops and the programme’s inspirations, and invite you to reflect together on the needs of our local community. There will also be time to spend together informally around a shared table to the accompaniment of DJ Kinia’s music.
18 April (Saturday), 3:00–6:00 pm
66P Stajnia | 13B/u1 Romana Dmowskiego Street
DJ set: Kinia
Attendance is free of charge, no registration required
“Kępa Mieszczańska. From Needs to Culture” is a series of meetings and workshops for adults who wish to experience culture close to home – without pressure and on their own terms. The events accompany exhibitions at 66P, combining art with everyday experience and creating a space for conversation, action and connection. Participation in all meetings is free of charge, and no prior experience is required.
Biography
DJ Kinia is a visual artist and graphic designer who regularly collaborates with 66P, among others. She co-creates the Zbiór Collective and Galeria Pracownia Serwis, and together with the band Therapia has organised events based on musical improvisation. In her sets, she blends electronic music with influences from post-punk, cold wave, and dark disco. This time, she will play light, sun-filled sounds – ideal for a shared afternoon.
Co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund – a state earmarked fund.
